CAKE PRICING

Each cake is individually designed, and prices will reflect chosen flavors and decoration options. Portion sizes are typically categorized as “wedding portion” or “party portion”. Wedding portions are traditionally 1 inch by 1 inch by the height of the cake, usually around 5 inches tall. Party portions are 1 inch by 2 inch by cake height. Personally, I think that a 1”x1”x5” slice of cake is too small, regardless of the occasion! It’s also somewhat difficult to cut slices so small, so I recommend going somewhere between the two portion sizes, or being very specific with your caterer/cake cutter on the portion size you’ve chosen. All cake prices are “base price” these are cake flavors with no nuts, and one buttercream flavor, with no additional flavors or fillings, this page is provided to give you a rough estimate of what your cake may cost.

There are so many options for cake design, the configurations listed above are only a few of a multitude of possibilities. You can choose different shaped tiers, different height tiers, or mix them up. I love the look of tall tiers, and “double barrel” cakes are just that, double tall tiers! They look great as a center tier, in the 6-8-8-10, or as a tall, slender 6-6-8-8. Base pricing decoration is either rustic smooth buttercream, swirled buttercream, or naked/semi naked, decorated with flowers supplied by your florist. I’ll deliver an hour before guests arrive to add the flowers and finishing touches. All of your guest cake portions may be cut from your tiered cake, or you may opt for a smaller cutting cake and sheet cakes for the extra slices. If you have a really large guest count, it may make sense to have a portion of the slices come from sheet cake so that the caterers can get a head start cutting and plating as you are doing your cake cutting ceremony. Sheet cakes are assembled with exactly the same layers as your tiered cake and the slices will look identical to those cut from the tiered cake.

Tastings include three of my signature flavors. Delivery/takeout only. $150

Cake delivery is free within Jackson. Delivery beyond town is $75 per hour, round trip.

Rental Stands and Utensils

Rental fee for a stand and utensils is $150 + one way delivery fee, or $100 if you or your planner returns the items to me in Jackson the day after your wedding. Flexible pricing for dessert buffets.
